After our team verifies your payment and activates your subscription. Start and end dates will appear under Subscription.
Static QRIS and bank transfers are checked manually. After paying, upload your receipt and track its status under Transactions.
Open Subscription, choose Renew, then pay and upload a new receipt. If your subscription is still active, the new period is added to the previous end date.
Choose an available payment method, pay using static QRIS or bank transfer, and upload your receipt. An admin checks the incoming funds before approval.

A new subscription starts after admin approval. You can view its expiry date and access instructions in My subscription.
Sign in and open the Help center to create a ticket. Replies remain in the conversation, and unresolved tickets can be reopened.
